Tavo draws from Tulum modern with an international feel, creating a resort-like home where a facade screen of vertical wood slats filters light and adds subtle texture to the entry. Built around a central courtyard, the design encourages a natural connection to the outdoors—native plants, olive trees, and a quiet water feature frame views through large glass walls that open the interior to the landscape.
Inside, desert-neutral materials like honed stone, warm oak, and smooth plaster create calm, open spaces with clean lines. A central stone fireplace grounds the living area, while the kitchen island and primary suite flow easily into the courtyard and pool, offering a relaxed, timeless retreat.
